Direct Stock Purchases No Longer Available

Aquila is not currently making available direct purchases through the Dividend Reinvestment and Common Stock Purchase Plan at this time and will no longer be able to accept new or additional investments into stock accounts. There were a specified number of common shares allotted to this plan and, due to increased participation and the low stock price, we have recently exhausted those shares. At some point in the future we may reinstate this aspect of the plan.
Existing accounts will continue to be administered by our transfer agent, Computershare. All other services will be provided as usual. If you have any questions regarding your account, call Computershare toll-free at (866) 235-0223.
